Ok, I just bought a deep fryer and i'm trying to make some "breaded" chicken breast tenders...does anybody know how to go about making the breaded part?

Depends on what type of breading you like. You can do a egg dip then mix flour and pepper and coat the chicken in both (I double dip mine -- egg, flour, egg, flour, fry), or you can use shake in bake or cracker crumbs without a egg dip.
It's really up to what you prefer.
