didn't see the survey either...i tried to request invitation and selected blockbuster..so hopefully that works and it'll give you an invitation # to enter the in the prompt on the first page.

You have to fill out the survey which takes a few minutes and the website is a little slow but at the end you can get a free rental, deals on rental cars or companion lift tickets at Vail.
