how do i disable the windows login screen for windows xp?

Download TweakXP or Powertoys For Win XP from Microsoft and it has TweakUi..... Either will let you set it up so it automatically logs you in..... Therefore No welcome screen

This Question was on Tech TV. I forgot what tey said...Just go to screensavers.com I"m sure they have your answer there...They always have the answer of questions that they have asked on the show.

To disable the login screen you must obviously have only one account on winxp that you use. Go to the control panel and go to user accounts. Click on the account you want to use and click "remove password".. you can not have any other accounts other than Administrator and one other(if you have one)

I have 2... admin and my name... and I use my name

Once you remove the login password it will just boot right up and say welcome then boot right into windows.
