S: Maxim Lagging

Ok, so first I make the mistake of answering the phone at 8:00 in the morning when I'm too tired to properly defend myself against the evil telemarketers and end up with a just-short-of-life-long subscription to Maxim. That's ok. I optimistically figured it would save me some money in the long run. But it takes so long to get the magazine. I have to walk by the new issues at a supermarket/liquor store/book store every day for 3 weeks before I finally get mine. So I have to fight the temptation to buy it everytime I go out now until mine arrives. Why can't they just ship it out earlier. :mad:

I swear, they call early in the morning on purpose. One company got me sign up for four years subscriptions to 5 magazines!!! Never answer your phone so early. :D

Well anyways, when I realized what I did when I was fully awake, I called back and cancelled.

Punks. Hate telemarketers.
