Finally...... I hope they go all the way.
What a game that was too! I don't normally watch football, but those last 5 minutes of game time were excrutiating. :wow:

Hah - the Redskins and the Cardinals play on Sunday to see who can get the 8-8 record.
Congrats to the Eagles, but I think anyone in the NFC is going down to the Rams this year. It's just gonna be too hard to beat them on their home "turf".

Acutally, the Raiders look like a team on the verge of a major breakdown. I don't think their kicker would have helped. They'll bow out in the first round, go 6-10 next year, and Gruden will end up elsewhere.

OH excuse me? what happened last night? what was that? a win? IN YOUR FACESSSSSSSSSS!!!! :D :P
next week its the patriots theyre against... and as long as janikosky is still feelin good it wont be too hard of a game for the raiders... as long as they can pull together their run coverage.

Well I can't really call a typo foul on the Janikowski name. I'm not a Raider fan, but I thought that the reason that they drafted him in the first round is that he could send kickoffs into the endzone. I really haven't seen that yet. I think he's a decent kicker, but definately not worth a 1st round draft pick.

Eagles do not have a chance to get past the bears. When the little scrawny qb tries running like an idiot number 54 is going to have nice little eagle dinner.

The Eagles have a very good chance against the Bears.
The Bears haven't figured out how to defend against the pass, even if they stop the run pretty well.
Since the Eagles can chuck it pretty well, the Bears might be in trouble if they don't get a good pass rush going.
On the flip side, the Eagles defense isn't bad, and the Bears offense isn't so hot once you get past the A-Train. Chicago might have a tough time moving the ball.
That said, I'm still rooting for the Pack. I don't really like their chances against the Rams... but stranger things have happened.

actually, janikowsky was 21 for 23 fieldgoals before his injury. And even through his injury (when he played through it) he didnt do TOOO terribly bad but he did miss some game winning fieldgoals. But all else aside, those close games just prove why hes the number one draft pick.

GAM warning-Sith Lord laughing gleefully below ;)
Muahahahahahahahahahah I told you all we were hunting bears!!!! Da Bears...got Da crap kicked out of them LOL 33-19 LOL... Remember the Eagles almost beat the Rams but Rams got lucky with a field goal in over time...By the way that was a far less mature Eagle team then...
Warner - 308yds, 1 TD, 2 INT
VS
McNabb - 312yds , 2 TD , 1 INT
To see just how well matched these two are click below:

Again keep in mind this was a much younger EAGLES team..

The incomplete/fumble must be the worst interpretation of the rules I have ever heard. I saw on espn, the head of officials, says that if he starts the throw, his arm motion all the way till he tucks the ball is part of the throwing motion. Looking at the replay, the ball was at his chest when he was hit...plus call on the field was a fumble...was the replay totally conclusive

yeah really,
and even if he DIDNT have the ball against his chest and DIDNT have two hands on the ball: it was clearly a pump fake. The reffs dont need to use THAT much common sense to see that before he got hit, the ball was going towards the ground meaning he was pump faking, AND he had no receivers open.
Im sick of these idiot reffs. After all, this WAS a game deciding play.
On top of that, the Pats arent going anywhere. Theyll get slaughtered against the Steelers next round and the Raiders now have to prepare for next season.... this might have been jerry rice's last season... i hope it isnt:(
