I prefer snow, because when you hit a patch of ice, it's harder to turn.

Cubed, that way you can block it with your lip when you're drinking and then chew on it later. I don't how crushed all starts going down your throat while you drink.

I like the cubes, The drink gets cold and watery too fast with the crushed.
I've always found ice to be cold. I don't know what I would do with warm ice, water in a solid state at room temperature would worry me.

that's why u eat the crushed with the drink...so then u make a mini-slushi in ur mouth with the mixing of the drink and the ice so u don't just have boring ole drink but u have a slushi! which is spelled sort of like sushi :D

Hey Froggy, when you were talking about half-crushed, you meant the kind that was still chunky, only smaller than a full cube, right? Because that is the kind I like. :P

You can still chew it. It doesn't melt too fast. Ahhhh... All is well in the world of half-crushed ice!!!

half-crushed is like u still have big pieces of ice along with the mixed little pieces of ice...so u have some of both worlds the crushed and the cubed :)

Anemia is when your iron is really low and it causes your red-blood cell count to drop. Has all sorts of ill affects on the body.

half-crushed. it's still cold enough to make my tekillya nice and chilled, but will easily mix with said tekillya to prolong the $5 drink and lower the chances of me getting on stage for karaoke.

oh ok...i see.... that's why u said "iron poor blood"

Ladogaboy

Oh, so DF, there is a "lighter" version of anemia? I guess I've only heard of the severe version- my GF's mom and another friend of mine had it. Those damn hemoglobins! :hihi:

Yup... "iron poor blood" is definitely not as bad as "low blood count" and can be treated with daily doses of "iron pills" versus more drastic measures of dealing with low blood count.

Also, don't forget about "Sickle Cell Anemia" which is even worse than those two. In that one, the shape of the blood cell is not convex to carry oxygen to the cells, but more like a "sickle".

Needless to say, it is a very painful condition and I for one am glad I don't have that (however it is widespread among my race).

Oh yeah, I forgot that Sickle Cell is a form of anemia...

Still never figured out why it is almost exclusive to people with African heritage.
