DF, isn't that supposed to say "Bye, bye, bye" ?

Anywho, I really don't care if they are in or out. From what it looked like before, they were just extras and you wouldn't even see them. I wouldn't be surprised if he still had them in it somewhere, somehow. He seems to operate that way. :)

Mikey loved the First Episode. I have it almost memorized after watching it at least once a week. He loves Jar Jar (remember he is 4) and I think Lucas was smart to put the charactor in it -- it appealed to a very young crowd and a whole new generation to carry on the Star Wars legacy. He got a lot of grief from the original fans, older fans (whatever you want to call them) because of Jarjar, but now he has Donnie going up to Mom's to clean out her garage looking for his old Star Wars toys. Sounds good to me.

I doubt George Lucas will really cut them because of what the fans think. They might be cut as a matter of course in the normal editing process, but if they get left in, who will really know? They are extras that will flash by in a second.
Besides given a choice between JarJar or NSync, I'll take NSync.

i think this is all a publicity stunt to quiet the ranting jedi-loving/boy-band-hating fanatics...

i would allow them in the movie if they get killed. that would be nice to see. have a Jedi slice them in half or have them get blown up somehow in the course of the action. i'd like that. they are not allowed, in my book, to have a real role, they just die.

I agree! What would have been really cool is for them to not even have any speaking parts whatsoever - just as soon as you can realize they're a cameo in the scene they immediately get hacked to pieces...

Almost like what South Park did to Bill Gates in "Bigger, Longer and Uncut"...

Another throught - maybe they could be cameo vampires in Blade II or generic cops in Matrix II or III... :johnwoo2:

i'd be willing to bet that if they were in it with no publicity, nobody would know.

could you imagine someone really standing up in the theater and yelling "hey, isn't that joey fatone" or something?

Besides given a choice between JarJar or NSync, I'll take NSync. I dunno, there's only one JarJar, and five of those NStink guys...

I, for one, wouldn't be able to recognize them. I could be standing next to anyone of any of the boy bands, and still not know who they are. To me, they look just like all the rest of the suburbanite, punk kids I've seen. :disa:

How about neither and they can all burn in hell!
Good thing JarJar isn't real. Can't say the same about N*Stynk.
