screen overlap on GotApex Deals page

this has happened all too often on the deals page. It does not happen very often on other websites, but daily on the deals page.

After the page load, when I try to scrool, the text overlaps and becomes unreadable.

I'm using ie5.1 on win2000.

help!

I experienced the same thing earlier today! I think my system was running very low on resources at the time because I was running Photoshop, Morpheus, Dreamweaver, Trillian, et al programs, so I restarted my system and the problem went away.
