Compdirect.com has pretty good deals on Coolpix. The price of Coolpix 950 is $339. No pricematching- No rebates.

You can go to dpreview.com to get the review. I also checked out compdirect and it says it is class 1 refurbished product. Although it comes with 90 days warranty from Nikon. Does anyone have any idea about this stuff. Is there any other recomendations for a digital camera within $400.

I just looked up the camera at pricegrabber and read the review of CompDirect(which naturally had the cheapest price on the camera). Seems like it's better to stay away from this merchant. go read'em yourself.
