Welcome to the joys of condo ownership. I recomend celebrating by buying an economy size bottle of Tylenol.

You may be smiling now, but you'll be smiling even more come tax time in 2003! Seriously, I have a pretty decent size house and after I figure the tax deduction, it comes out to be the cost of renting a 1 bedroom apt! Don't forget to deduct all your points/origination fees and closing costs! Whoo Hoo! I think I got about a $5000 refund my first year in the house.
