Anyone use those portable fridges?

I was looking at Sharper Image's website today and I spotted one of those real small fridges that use 110 volt or 12 volt power.
I was wondering if anyone has experience with them. Are they large enough for whatever and do they keep things cool enough so that drinks taste OK?

In my limited experience with them, they seem to *keep* cold things cold, but do not make warm things cold. For example, if you pull a 12-pack out of the refrigerator at home, and stick it in one of these, you'll be happy. :) If you buy a warm 12-pack at the gas station, stick it one of these, you'll be waiting a long, long time to enjoy a cold beverage. :(
