View Full Version : Total Suckage: ****** taking money out of accounts

I know for a fact that as of a few days ago their records (as shown in my account on their site) indicated that I was getting $2 for two purchases from urbanq.com and that my account balance was app. $18.xx. The credits from the two urbanq purchases had been in my account now for about 2 months and were not new credits. I did not return any items.

Currently, ******.com erased those two orders which I specifically recall having been credited for and now my balance is over $6 less than it was a few days ago (indicating at least one other credit had been erased as well).

Here is a letter I sent to ******.com regarding their taking money out of my/our account(s):
As of a few days ago, your site, ******.com, had records of my purchases at urbanq.com which I made through the ******.com site. Currently, the records of these transactions have been erased from my account history at your site. I am very upset that this would happen AGAIN! As you should already be aware, a much larger percentage of one's customers simply discontinues their patronage of store as compared to the number of customers who actually makes the store aware of their unhappiness and then discontinues thier patronage of the store. I expect that I am not the only one who has been cheated in this way by your website (store) and, therefore, I am probably one of many unhappy customers of your service; most of whom likely will discontinue using a service where they are continually getting the short end of the stick. At minimum, you owe me $6 as I know my account balance was over $18 and is now just over $12. The above mentioned three orders from urbanq are the only orders which I can recall at this time which I know for sure WERE on my record at ******.com and, now, are not. Please rectify the problem immediately. I will be keeping others informed of this problem until it is fixed correctly. Please check into your accounts at ******,com and make sure they did not erase some of your money too!

here is the reply I received today; I e-mailed them back and told them kindly to read my previous e-mail again and please answer my concerns.

"Thank you for taking the time to write to us. We apologize for any confusion
regarding your ****** account. We are in the process of compiling information
for our 4th quarter check disbursement. All orders should be viewable in your
account, on ******, within the next 72 hours.
Please let me know if you need any further assistance. Thank you for using

update:

as of now, my account appears to be correct.

It was probably a "oh, this one noticed, fix his accout" kinda thing.
