quoteing:

"Due to the number of auctions where people have waited until the last second to bid, I reserve the right to end this auction early. If you want the vehicle, BID. If you are going to “hunker down” and wait until the last second to bid, trying to run out the clock and be the last bidder, the vehicle is going to disappear from the auction and be sold locally."

lol - thats what ebay and bidding is all about - waiting until the last minute to bid... what this dumbass wants if for everyone to start bidding early and drive the price up... I wouldnt be suprised if he's tried to drive the price up in the pas himself w/ a diff. bidder name (illegal) and gotten stung when he won his own auction...

this guy should be reported to ebay officials for pulling auctinos off early as a habit.

Well, ending auction early isn't a violation of eBay rules. He'll just end up scaring away bidders with that attitude.

I hate sellers who try to invent their own bidding rules. I wouldn't even consider bidding on an auction when the seller has a bunch of silly rules. That makes me think they'll be an impossible jerk to deal with.

I think the real problem we should be addressing in the thread is why nano was looking at Pontiac Bonneville auctions.

I think the one I got (http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1688411739&r=0&t=0&showTutorial=0&ed=1011225372&indexURL=0&rd=1) is 8 inches because I've seen the actual thing at DAPY... I'm not sure though.

Come on! How could you pass it up with its 'Lighted Aircraft-Style Instrumentation' and 'Smooth and Economical 3.8 Liter 3800 Tuned Port Injected V6 Powerplant'?
