Ok, about 2 months ago, I pretty expensive digital camcorder from this guy on Ebay. Never got it, after multiple delays etc... Turned out that 77 other people had also purchased from this guy. For those that paid with check and MO, they were screwed, but for those who used their credit card through paypal, we were saved. Anyways, About a month ago, after filing my claim, my CC issues me a chargeback of close to 800 bucks.This is cause paypal won't do jack after 30 days. Apparantly they were just gonna take the money from paypal and have paypal deal with it (MBNA told me they've been having problems with Paypal's customer service)
Then i get an email today from Paypal telling me that they've restricted my account permanently because of this chargeback?! And that the only way I can unrestrict it is to send em payment for the chargeback that my CC did to them.

call your CC and forward that mail to them. I don't think they can do that, can they?

Screw paypal. They screw us sellers on these monster fees anyways. I prefer Citi's c2it.com
