quiet my pc

i have lots of delta fans and good cooling sceems, but my pc sounds like a friggen jet plane and the cpu still gets up to 60-65C under full load. anynone got iudeas on how to make this work, sespecally because im getting a peltier.

What type of cpu do you have?

Make sure the heatsink and paste are on correctly.

Have the fans set up so that cool air is sucked in and hot air blown out. They might be working against each other.

ive got a tbird 1200 bluecoppercore 266 fsb and and a hedgehog full copper sink with/38cfm delta. I just changed the paste last week to make sure that it wasnt a problem (arctic silver 2). I have a front fan blowing in, a top fan blowing out, and I have tried my rear fan (next to the cpu) both ways but neither has worked.
