View Full Version : Amazon.com $5 GC's

These are $5 GC's from that Amazon.com REFER-A-FRIEND program...just thought i'd tell you guys in advance.
They're only one-per-customer-per account, else I would've used em all (i used one to help pay for shipping charges on an order today, and it wouldn't let me add any more to my account).
So...take em or leave em.
Oh yeah, they expire on 6/27.

I used the second one, thanks

All gone ....
hey civic, since your 5$ ones are gone, how about starting to post the codes for your $10s, $15s and up??? http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/tongue.gif

haha..don't you wish! http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
Anyway, what I do is enter it immediately into my amazon.com account, so nothing screwy happens to it..i'm down to about $265 in my acct after buying that DVD, so i'm gonna save up now (if i don't get tempted to buy something again) and wait for them to allow preordering of PS2's..

i agree putting amazon GC's in your account is a good idea, but do you know if there is anyway to check your current GC balance?
wow...i did not know you can store them gc...cool... gonna start entering them before something weird happen... i see the balance shown on the account info claim certificate entry form....

Saving up I guess...would've had a LOT more, however I keep on ordering DVD's....

OK, I'm no expert but I've done tons of Amazon stacking before. Here it goes.
All these GCs begin with "RE", so are the ones sent to the invitee of a "fake" email address. If you use them successfully, the person who generated them will receive a GC beginning with the letters "RF".
This is why rcsnoopy is getting rightfully mad. When you use these GCs you're giving somebody else $5. It's not a crime, but should be in the referral/spam forum. Nafarzan pulled this kind of a stunt 1½ months ago and was reprimanded I think.
The point is don't go posting GCs with the "RE" start code.
In addition, the you can stack as many GC types as you want as long as there is ONLY ONE RE code and one RF code. If you want $10 in Amazon GC, make up a fake email and send one to yourself. Use the RE one and you'll get an RF one you can stack later with another RE one. This of course is fraud. I nor the Got Apex site condone this activity. Do what I do and coerce friends hehe
Hope this helps clear up the Amazon GC mystery. Please stop spamming the forums with these $5 "RE" GCs.
Civic, you've been here for a long time and posted some great deals, so you know I'm not slamming you. If possible don't post any more of these because other people are "catching on".
Ço£o§§ü§ - yeah you can read into it...

I know...i'll take full responsibility for starting it, although those weren't my true intentions...
Let's keep all that crap in the referrals section, where it belongs (if you're really that desperate for a $5 GC).
