Street racing exp.

went street racing.... kicked this NOS 5.0 mustangs ass, then handed it to him.

next i raced this dragged NOS honda civic, said his race weight was 1800 lbs (!).. right when my tires started to hook it (30mph-ish)he sprayed his nitrous, his car backfired (NOS backfire), blew his aircleaner right out the bottom of his car, along with his mass air flow meter and a ton of antifreeze (headgasket?). the biggest, loudest explosion, 3 feet from my window. small fire, too. :-) i was fixing to rip him a new one, too. It scared the crapola out of my passenger with his window down. A guy video taped this, I'll try and get the video from him and digitized.

hehe, I've always thought street racing was kind of cool, but I've always prefered to let the other guys put the wear and tear on their cars. I'll just watch! :hihi:

The thing is, I saw something on the news not too long ago about how the police in Sacramento are starting to crack down on street racers. One good thing about living in the boonies: no one cares if you kill yourself racing. They just want your bloody carcass peeled off the road before they go huntin' in the morning! :hehehmm:
