It's a very interesting read, but I believe more factors play into the formula than what they've mentioned. Also, I think they put too much emphasis on ebay. While there are deals that can be found on ebay, most often, you're lucky to come away with your shirt.

Another thing that they really need to take into account is the number of smaller online retailers that are able to match prices and services with the big boys... I think that we might be seeing small businesses starting to take over a majority of the business online.
