Ok did anyone get thier bestbuy coupons for their new on-line store. Remember back a few months ago they offered $20 and $10 bucks for registering and when thier new site was up (which it is) they would e-mail you the coupons. Well im still waiting did anyone get their coupons or did everyone just forget about it??????????

Looks like their store opened and I didn't get any coupon. I had my entire family sign up and I'm the only one who got some weird encrypeted message from them 3 months ago. It was all kinds of weird ascii, but the subject was about the $20GC. Never heard from them since http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/frown.gif

never got the GC, but did get some message like "we will be opening soon and we will be sure to send you your free GC". Doesn't look good.

Okay, I just got off the phone with BestBuy Customer service and asked them when I can expect my $20.00 gift certificate. The lady said the offer is still valid and they expect to send out the "redemption codes" within the next 2 weeks. The phone number is 1-888-237-8289 and press option 3 if you want to check for yourself. So, here's hoping they come thru.

I sent them three emails, and I got the SAME response every time (or a version of it).
I kept asking WHEN they would send the GC's, and they kept replying "sometime in the future"... well "DUH!"...
