Actually, shouldn't the rates be really low because the economy is in the tank? I think the Fed has cut interest rate to a 40-year-low and will probably do it again in the next couple of weeks...

I have to say that those rate suck. :P I am looking to buy some property for a summer house and I know I can get better rates than that.

I also didn't get anything for the extra mypoints either.

You are absolutely right, they SHOULD BE really low but they aren't.
