Not quite 2x, I bought my ram around Septemer, maybe a little earlier, but I spent about 100 on 512mb of ram, 48 for 256, now they're $75 for each. Still really expensive, though. .

Funny, I just used the above link and found the price for RAM for my mobo and then exited out and went to Crucial.com (without the 15% off link) and it was the same exact price!

crazy man, i purchased 2 256 sticks of pc2100 (Registered) RAM for $78 shipped in November. that was without the above discount (didn't know about it), and know you can't even get 1 stick for that price.........
