Cheap good 460watt PSU

Well it is cheap ($39.99), but I'm skeptical about it being "good". Anyone have one of these, or know if PSU brand really matters?

just cause its a 460 watt power supply doesn't mean you use all of the 460 watts. Thats just the maximum it can pump out.

well the price has gone up. I suppose if one is going to have a dual processor system...460 is the way to go.

How is the input currrent different? Is this powersupply smart enough to know how much power it needs and then switch transformers to reduce the AC in? It was my understanding that PS had a set input current (at 110V x 60Hz AC), and their output voltage was a standard, unmonitored-parallel DC.
Am I wrong about this? It has been a while since I ripped a PS apart.

Whats up with all those responses- Ahtlon processors need about 80 watts themselves, GeForce 3 video card about the same, couple of hard drives in a raid setup , cdrw and dvd-rom, zip, fans - this is usually around 300-350 Watts, so it makes sense n to take chances with a weak PSU and just get somehting around 350-400W.
