I couldn't find if they refund your shipping though (which might make this deal different). On the site, they say they charge $29.95 for S/H and there is no mention of free shipping back if you want to return the vacuum. All I could find was:

"But if for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, simply send them back, and we'll still be friends."


What's that supposed to mean?:confused: I just want my money back...

When I ordered this deal it came with a postage paid label for returning the product to them. They refunded all the money back including the shipping costs.
