I recently purchased MarchMadness. Great gameplay. But I was disapointed. There is no season or dynasty. Hell, the psx version has it. I was and am so upset with EA. They did this on purpose to set the hooks into us.

like i said the game play is great, a very fun multiplayer game. But missing a lot.

no season or dynasty! man, that sucks

i think the best part of EA sports games are the dynasties/franchise modes. hell, i've simulated seasons before just so i could draft/recruit and trade players...

thanks for the heads-up, i will not be buying march madness

EA is a very weird company, specially the way they do things. I guess the reason why its because EA is the publisher, not the maker in most cases. For example, Madden is a pretty solid game, complete with good franchise modes and exhibition games. It even has a few more bonus features in it which make the game play that much more fun. (I'm not saying the game is perfect, but its loaded with features) Now, lets take NHL hockey, same company, different design studio, different game, different features, etc...You'd think they would share info with each other, but they don't. Now don't get me started with NBA Live. They aren't even making it for the PC for the 2002 version. Grrrrr...Its sad to see EA not being able bring together all the right features for a game and keeping it there. They don't seem to know what works because they don't keep doing it. Its funny to see how some games (like marchmadness) can take a step back when it comes to the little things (such us the season/dynasty features it once had). Disappointing.
