Will the real CloneCD please stand up

Pretty simple question, really. Searched for CloneCD and found two sites. Which one is the real CloneCD and/or which is the better choice?

I badly need toback up a couple of my games as regular usage is starting to damage them, not to mention the occasional grandchild.

Elaborate Bytes makes CloneCD so the second link is the one i've always gone to. clonecd.net seems to be a "fan site" but they don't seem to show any credit (didn't look hard) , weird.
