im still waiting too. i ordered that thing before it was even posted on gotapex so right now should be around the fourth week. just in case they try to pull anything like not sending it to me i didn't download any of those lame mp3s. this way i can at least get a refund if necessary but hopefully that wont happen. i want that thing now!!

you guys must have NO experience with emusic...the speakers took MONTHS to ship...at least 2 months or more... its been more like 3 weeks for the MP3 player

Close to the begining of the year, I joined Emusic, and recieved a Rave Mp3 player, and Relajukebox plus in about 2 weeks. What is teh drag, now?
3 more weeks...that's what i'll give em...than we'll all see what happen then

Well I for one want some kind of responce from Emusic. I have sent emails to Emusic for the past 2 weeks and have heard nothing, noda, zilch. So I am notifying my credit card company and let them tell me the status of my player. Everyone should do the same. If you go past your 60days with out questioning your bill, you will be liable for the charge. I would not have made a fuss but they don't even answer my emails with an excuse.

It took me 7 weeks to get my Logitech speakers (when they claimed 4-6). And when I emailed them, I finally got a response 4 WEEKS later (by that time I had received them already). Really ****ty company. They'll never make it with that kind of biz model. Who the heck BUYS MP3S??!

My goodness, they're gonna give us a $200 item for 50 bucks, and all you can do is complain? Can't you at least give them the amount of time (i.e., 6 wks.) that they said it would take??
yeah, you all are mad impatient....
i don't understand why you are expecting it now, when they said it would be around 6 weeks (optimistically) and its been 3....

I emailed Emusic and got a quick response a few weeks ago from them. I wrote concerning if I was qualified to receive a nomad II. They said after researching my file, I am confirmed to receive one. That is a relief for me since I was scared I didn't make it in the first 5000. I at least know I'm going to get one, so when the nomad III comes out, I'll get my nomad II in the mail from those great people at Emusic, and I will have no idea what's in the box.
they took the deal down as soon as they got 5000, so if you saw the deal and ordered $50, you got one..

EMUSIC has AWESOME CS. Even I sent them a thank you e-mail for their courteous and pleasant help, and i'm an anal retentive jerk. I've been having a correspondence with them because i blamed them when my speakers never arrived, but they tracked it down, and it was actually a retard in my mail room who ganked them (they only gave me a god damned 25 dollar refund!). Well, they're really nice...and if you ask them questions they'll take a few days to get to you, but they're good at helping. They're actually sending me another set of speakers for making another order (like a month after the deal closed...). Oh well. Just wanted to share a story...
