someday i'd love to get a 36 inch sony wega...
can anyone tell me why there are different sony wega's?...the price for a 36 inch sony wega can range from 1299 to more than 2 grand...whats the difference?
Picture quality. The 36XBR450 is HDTV capable with 2-Component Video Inputs (Y/PB/PR), HD Capable(1080i, 480p, 480i). It also has Hi-Scan 1080i™.
Go for the 40 inch. :heh:

What's "Hi-Scan 1080i?" I always thought that just meant "HD capable."
And how much do the 40" run for?

its awesome, seen one with HD signal. we are talking Da shiznit.
hi scan means it scans all the 1080 interlaced lines on the image. and removes anything that is not original in the signal. for a better picture.
the 40" is da sht. im getting on in 10 months or so. if girlfriend goes on vacation, i get TV. hehehe
