Simple Automated Backup for windows`

Anyone know any way of automatic duplication of files from a source to a location.

I want to back up my "My Documents" automatically to a CD-RW drive on a weekly basis.

Any ideas?

Can't you just schedule a batch file to run? Have it copy files to the CDRW.
