I would not think so, because most websites do not allow you to charge a certain amount to one credit card, then to balance to another. You might possibly try adding a balance to one webcertificate using another. However, that would cost you transaction fees. Try ecount.com. They are owned by webcertificate, but do no charge transaction fees. So, theoretically you could combine your webcertificates on to one ecount. Ecount works exactly like webcertificate, plus you get $10.00 when you sign up for it.

I can get $5 free for every webcert that iscreated so why can't I use different emails and keep stacking these webcerts? Has any1 tried this?

If you sign up for too many at once, you won't get a single one. Just pace yourself.
And since they don't accept free email addresses, just get your own domain name, and find a host that lets you use
[email protected] (so you use
[email protected],
[email protected],
[email protected], etc).
