I did the 2nd casino deal Apex posted and I feel cheated. After depositing $25, they gave me $100 to play with. I played with that until it grew to $300 and then I went to cash out. I got a couple errors when I went to do this. So, I tried again. It remains idle for 45 minutes and my patience is wearing thin so I pressed 'cancel' and went back to withdraw again. ONLY THIS TIME MY BALANCE shows $0.00. NOTHING. NADA. ZIP. ZILCH.
I have never felt so cheated in my life. When I talked to their 'pit boss' she just said it will be dealt with 'ASAP'. whatever. There goes $325 down the drain.

keep calling them back and have them check your history. they do work, I don't think a 1 time experience without giving it sometime is called a scam.

i know that when i played with them, you had to wait 24 hours before you could cash out to insure that the deposit and withdrawl (in their words) "do not cross each other". I think the casino will be fair (at least i hope---just tell them that you belong to a posting board where this place was mentioned and tell them that you will report your awful experiences with them unless they refund your money. Tell them this could result in hundreds of people never gambling there and taking their money elsewhere.

This is not a scam yet. Give them some time before you accuse them of scamming you. Keep us posted. We (GotApexers) will boycott the place if they do in fact scam you.

Thanks for supporting me with this one. UNITED WE STAND. Here's the update: They referred me to tech support and they tried solving the problem for 5 hours and that's when I got an email. They said they would forward the matter to accounting and they'll decide tomorrow morning if I get the money or not.
If I don't get the money I will be royally pissed.

did u try clicking on the Cash button and then transfer button? when I logged on the 2nd time, I had no money in my bank roll, but when I went there, my money was still there.
did 50 on red and 50 on black... it came up green.

mine came up on 00, the chances of that are like......wtf....but i had $1 there, for insurance.
I did the first one. I'm going to do the second one but the site's down right now.

Yes I tried clicking on transfer and even my bankroll is empty.
we'll just have to wait till the morning and see.
they say they show that I have the $325. Maybe they think I am trying to scam THEM into them giving me an extra $325. This is what worries me.

Has anyone had their computer freeze hwile conneting to Atlantic Interbet? I downloaded everything then it just freezes and the program closes automatically. Just wondering if I'm the only one.

YA, THEY SAID THIS YESTERDAY MORNING. and there's no way to contact their accounting dept. They don't even have a phone number on their website.

I spoke with the Pit Master yesterday, her name is Wendy. She's very nice. Talk to her and see if she can hurry up the process. I spoke to her via paging on the casino program itself. She was still on at 7:30pm EST. So u may be able to catch her now. She was on floor 1. Good luck

Wendy was the first person I talked to when the problem arose. She forwarded the problem to support and it's completely out of her hands. I don't think she has the power to do any more but I will try.

FYI - If you cash out today, you'll get your check for $100 in 30 days generally, this is what I was told by Rach the Pit Master

No 30 days is not the usually turn around. You can usually have a check in your hands 2 weeks. They just tell you 30 days so you don't come back after 3 days asking about your check. If you are in the US you should have it within 14 days.

My money disappeared too. I lost $155 there and I got this email from Nenna, saying that it is being researched by the accounting department and that they would reply to me as soon as possible. I feel CHEATED!! What am I to do next?

I lost my money also. I went to cash out, and after waiting 15 minutes "patiently" I clicked on cancel, and then it was gone. I sent an e-mail to tech support and got the following reply:
I have looked into your account and all that I have found was 1 withdrawal
which was successful.
06/24/00 8:22:40 - Success W/D Back to CC - $25.00
I will forward your discrepancy to our accounting department and we will
see if they can help you. Someone will contact you as soon as a conclusion
is made. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

I had $125 in my account. I'm willing to give them a chance. We'll see what accounting says, but I'm not happy.
