This last week and a half has been nothing but frustration for me, and the cause? FrozenCPU.com. I ordered a blizzard 540 case as well as some other small things on jan. 21st. Today is the 5th of february. The package arrived here a few days ago. Unfortunately UPS sent it to the wrong address. So I talk to UPS and they let me know that the package has already been sent back to the sender. They give a call to FrozenCPU and talk to them for a bit. UPS calls me back and lets me know that I should give them a call to figure out what to do. I call them back and the sales rep I talk to has no idea what I'm talking about. He tells me that the UPS lady probably talked to Mark, so I simply ask to speak with Mark. Well, Mark isn't in at the moment, so the sales rep. asks me to leave my number, and Mark would definitely give me a call back later that afternoon. I also send Mark an e-mail myself to try to clear up the matter. Of course, no call and no e-mail reply. The next day, Friday, no call yet again. E-mail? nothing. I give FrozenCPU another call, but I can only get to the sales desk. The lady there says she has no idea how to get in contact with Mark, other than to send him a fax with my information on it. I give her my info, and she lets me know that he should give me a call as soon as he gets it. It's Monday night. There's nothing wrong with my phone. My Hotmail still works. And I've still heard nothing from these people. This is the second time they messed up on the shipping location. All this because they didn't put my apartment number on the package.

The funny thing is, I paid for this case with paypal, and I typed in the entire address, and asked Mark to confirm that they received the correct address info (he did btw).

In conclusion, if you want to get anything on time, or get some sort of support in case anything goes wrong, do NOT go to FrozenCPU. But if you love talking to sales reps who can't do anything about problems with your shipment, go ahead and order from them.

Thanks for reading,
Andrew Tseng

Try talking through apex about this. I think he has a good relationship with Fcpu.

Hi andy

Someone at Got Apex showed us this thread. This is the first I heard of your situation. Your case arrived BACK to us last night apparently. I will have 2nd day aired to you today. Sorry you had a bad experience. Shoot me an updated address or give us a call. All we have is the address on your order form which is apparently not correct if it came back..

Let us know:)

Thanks!
