most i've ever done is jigsaw a small hole (nt even very round) for a fan in the side of my case. nothing more.

here are my mods...keep in mind its more for cooling that for show.

basically i took off the side panel, and cut a whole piece of plexi-glass to the same specs...then just simply screwed it into the hinges. the two fans are sort of offset cause i placed them too close (but it's more for functionality), plus the plexi glass just looks cool. got some blue rounded cables to prevent air constriction and to give it that "rice-rocket" look. put a top blow hole and the cool lil mouse LED mod. just the basics. working on putting some neon soon. it's cool cause the 3 extra fans brought down the temp 10 C....i like.
