I think (correct me if I'm wrong, someone) that they have 2 languages featured each Olympics. Obviously the hosting country is one. Is English always the 2nd one?

French and English are the two official languages of the Olympics.

That probably has something to do with French and English being the official langauges of international diplomacy. French used to be much more prominent though. :shrug:

i think the IOC headquarters are in france too. which probably has something to do with the language choice
