Seems like a rocketboard...ships mid-July.
To get one requires you submit email addresses of three of your friends for them to send info about the free keyboard to.

Do we just have to enter 3 e-mail addresses in order to get keyboard or those 3 people have to sign up for them?

You just have to enter the emails...no need for them to sign up (also the emails cannot be returned to sender)
