I got this from the same company for $24.99 (including shipping) a while back. It's an OEM version, just the disc. It displayed 'Roxio Customer' on one of the screens during an install. Which I suppose is somewhat correct, since I've owned Easy CD Creator in the past.

It's definitely a good deal. Id rather buy most of my software this way. I have enough boxes around as it is. Just give me a disc and the docs on it in PDF format and I'm happy.
