Windows 2k server question

Greetings gurus I upgraded my server to Win 2k from NT 4.0. Everything seems to be running smoothly except for the remote users cannot log on. Do I need to install some client software or is the problem a configuration issue on the server?

Are you talking about terminal services or RAS?

RAS I believe. Basically having a user connect from a remote location to connect to a VPN, to access an Exchange server.
