They do this promo once a quarter. I have recieved it at least 2 times (kinda pushed my luck this time I doubt I get it.) It isn't a scam, you just didn't get in on it in time. Look for it again next quarter.

It's not a scam. The deal is just dead. I already got my $25 GC by e-mail and my sis did too.
