Those things are certainly not good for you, but as an architecture student, caffeine pills inevitably became the sixth food group for me during my first three years in college. Some say it doesn't work, but it definitely worked for me. I never used no-doz. I was a fan of Vivarin. One pill supposedly has the same amount of caffiene as two cups of coffee. Personally swallowing pills was much easier than sipping coffee all night. I used to take it with drinks such as Red Bull or Jolt. Usually two pills got me through the night. I can usually make it to 3-4 am without anything. Then I take one pill every 3 hours after that. It difinitely does the job, but the side effects are not too pleasant. You end up peeing every 10 minutes all night (so drink a lot of water) and the next morning you get that horrible acidic feeling in your tummy that really kills your appetite. It's not the most wonderful feeling but since I had to get my work done, I really had no choice. I wouldn't have taken the stuff if I had a choice, but I really didn't. I never needed it my senior year, because I had gotten all my hard studio courses out of the way, but i knew it worked for me, so I still used it every once in a while when I needed to write a all-nighter paper or drive long distances at night.

why do I have 2 accounts?
I had a mypoints account and a bonusmail account, and when they merged, they never merged my accounts (same e-mail address, etc). I e-mailed them asking to merge my accounts.
They said wait a couple weeks, and it'll get done.
They never did it..
