The hair and hands (especially the fingers) are wrong. his hair is usually much poofier/thicker/longer and his fingers are stubbier.

Unless he had a weirdo makeup artist... Oh well. :)

Yeah. After comparing that image to ArkiStan's Avatar, I have come to the conclusion that it is a picture of jackie chan.
