font size in ie help

so i used my scroll wheel to move down the page in ie and the font size changed. i went to my mouse properties, clicked on the ms compatible scroll, then back off, and things work fine- except that now my ie font is really small. not all fonts were affected- for example the deals are are smaller now, but the side items (reviews, expiring deals...) are normal. anyone know how to fix this? thanks.
