any good deals on RAM for laptop

Hello everyone great posts lately. I am looking for some RAM for my Sony Laptop and also for a AMS laptop as well. Someone told me that thechipmerchant.com was the cheapest but then someone else told me there is even cheaper RAM out there.
Any thoughts on this?
