Definitely a top notch card-great image quality, performs and overclocks well.
I got the non-VIVO version of the Gainward GeForce 3 Ti500.

Good review, good card. But I don't know, with the top of the line Geforce4's coming out soon, seems like buying this wouldn't be a smart move. But you mentioned that :)

Hi SPB,
did the model that you purchase that was not the VIVO model, was it part #N82E16814128115? I want to make sure the one I get is definatly a GF3 TI-500 chip with VIVO.

Also, this may be a silly question but, does any one have hands on experience with this card's VIVO? Particularly is there a video signal full screen mode with only video signal on the monitor? I have an older ATI all-in-wonder and use it to watch videos on the pc. And I want to make sure I can still do that, and also have enormous 3d power as well. Any help is surely appreciated.

The model number is GKL 42910

The VIVO and non-VIVO version are physically alike. They both come with a VGA output, TV output and DVI output.

The VIVO version comes with more of a software bundle. The non-VIVO cable is only a composite to S-Video cable.
