i'm tired. the weather is crappy so i dint take my kid out today even tho i could have. it's dark and yucky and rainy. i need to clean but i'm doing it. i could be doing something fun but i'm not. i feel sick because i had two cadbury creme eggs for lunch. i knew they would make me sick and i did it anyway. i feel like my life is on hold waiting for dumb **** to happen so i can get on with what i want to do. i lay in bed for an hour even though i knew i wouldn't be able to sleep and it was a waste of time.

one of those random dark clouds. days like these make me glad i'm not clinically depressed... i don't know what i'd do if this happened more than three or four times a year.

There has been a rampant strep throat spreading through some families we know. Hit about everybody in two families (some more than once). It hit one of my sons last week. Now I beginning to wonder if I might be fighting it, too. :(

I feel crappy, ( I also had 2 cadbury cream eggs today :P ) But I have been feeling icky and unfortunately I can get depressed very easily, and being sick does it sometimes because i have to semi depend on people for things, but I have been happier lately for some odd reason....

But yeah I know how you feel about just feeling crappy all around.....

I'm at home in Korea at the moment and it's still winter here. Thanks to my military service starting in a month, I have to get in shape. So I'm running outside twice a day. I've managed to get a wonderful cough and runny nose. I've tried running with a scarf around my mouth, but it just makes it hard for me to breath so I just run like hell out in the cold. I could use a treadmill, but I feel like it won't prepare me enough for the actual training, so I still run outside. I have no choice but to Run Lola Run.

Note: Cold and wet/sweaty != sick. It's an old wives tale. Actually, to a certain extent, your immune system keeps up until your body is very very very cold, something that you wouldn't have worry about. Especially if you're running.
