After reading an article on Internet stores I just laughed my head off. The New York Times claims that companies such as buy.com, amazon.com, cdnow.com, and many others are now adapting a policey of not giving out dollar-off coupons. They claim they want repeat customers genuinely interested in purchasing goods from them, not just getting a good deal. (I guess that excludes us.) However, they tried to point out that the good deals on the net are coming to an end. I would just have to disagree. The day before I had just received three packaged from Staples, and today I got my Buy.com order. Maybe, we should write an editorial for the NY Times on how the bargains are still livin'!
