Win2K service patch

i went and downloaded a service patch, ( i know...how stupid of me)
and after it was installed, it kept giving me this:

and some instructions, but even in safe mode...i didnt start...

i took out the logitech wireless mouse and it worked fine...

whats wrong? i even reinstalled the logitech mouse drivers...
