I'm a serious nightowl that is forced into doing mornings because of early morning engineering conference calls(damn europeans and their strict labor laws...) :yawn:

Fortunately my wife is a morning person so she usually wakes my lazy ass up in the mornings. I know Merlin is probably going to chime in with something witty about this (my old roommate who listened to me sleep through many an early-morning alarm). :sleep:

I guess I'm one of the very few morning people....
My specialty is waking up at like 8 in the morning on a Saturday when everyone in the house was up drinking the night before and singing the theme from Gilligans Island over and over and over and you know if I miss a word I have to start ALL over...:D :angel:

Sure as hell not a morning person, but then again, I'm not a night person. I don't stay up TOO late. Although it's 1 AM right now and I have a class at 9 am. I guess that sort of explains why i'm not a morning person....

when I lived @ home my dad would call me a bat or a vampire because I was up late and liked the dark.... He said I should live in a cave....

I'm a night person, although I am prefectly capable of functioning in the morning with not outside stimulants.

I used to be a hardcore nightowl... midnight to 3am was the best time of the day/night. It was quiet, and I could think most clearly then... and I was most creative.

But an early morning job for the last 5 years has gradually forced me into being a morning person. Now, getting up at 7am on a Saturday is "sleeping in". It's 5:30 on weekdays for me. And I'm drained by 10 at night. Creativity died when the morning hours picked up...

i'm a night person. i hate getting up in the morning, but i can easily stay up till midnight (yes, i know, not that late) just messing around doing stuff.
the big thing is that i really like my sleep......

I'm neither a morning or night person. Basically, consciousness and I just don't get along. I tend to have problems making classes set before noon. :D

I'm definitely a night person, but there's this god-awful thing called work ...

But on the weekends, I stay up till 2 or 3 and wake up at noon. :D

Cool. In that case, I voted for night b/c while both are unlikely, there's a much greater chance that I'll be up at 3 A.M than 5:30 A.M. That and if I was up at 5:30 A.M., I probably hadn't gone to sleep yet. :D
