An HISTORIC MOMENT in time will occur at 8:02pm on February 20 this year. The last occasion that time read in such a symmetrical pattern was long before the days of the digital watch and the 24-hour clock. It occurred at 10:01am on January 10, 1001; or, 10:01, 10/01, 1001. Because the clock only goes to 24:00, it is an event that will never occur again.
