Hi,

I don't know if this belongs in this forum, but it doesn't really belong in any of the other ones either...but here goes.

I've been getting a fairly good amount of calls that don't talk or sometimes hang up after I pick up the phone. Now, just out of curiosity, I tried to do that *69 bit, where you call the last person that called you, right? Well, I was unable to call that number because *69 apparently has some limitations to it (so says that message). I have PacBell phone service, if that makes any difference.

So my question is, does *69 allow you to return calls to cell phone callers? I do have a hunch who it may be, and this person would definately be calling on a cell phone; and that is why I want to know if *69 can return to cell phones.

Thanks for any help.
