How do I create a bootable Windows 2000 CD-ROM with a service pack slipstreamed?

Note: the instructions on this page are for Easy CD Creator 5.
Using this method I was able to easily create a W2K Pro SP2 bootable CD. I also added to the CD IE5.5, common apps like Acrobat and Winzip, as well as these two security updates from M$:
