Check out these guys - talk about bare-bones!

I personally like the Notice:

If you have questions after this such as: "Huh? ...What's the next step? ...Where's the Internet Menu, Anyhow? ...I just got my computer last week! Can I call you, and have you walk me thru the setup?", then PLEASE DON'T SIGN UP.

Flexnet (http://www.flex.com/sign_up/)

At least for those no-frill airlines like Southwest, you still get service and a lil snack!

yeah...if i were on dial - i'd definitely go that route....
seems like common consensus here....

how do they survive when all 'computer-savvy' people aren't on dialup anymore

And how is this different from the level of service provided elsewhere?

Oh wait... With this one at least you don't spend 45 minutes on hold to find out you're screwed!
